It is one of our goals to be self sufficient for jobs that require a variety of skills and equipment.  To this end Metro has acquired various pieces of specialty equipment to limit our need for subcontractors.  We have also made it a point to train employees so they are proficient on the equipment, not just in getting the job done, but also in problem solving to get the machine up and running again if something goes wrong.  The result has been an accumulation of knowledge over a wide range of areas that allow us to give our clients the best job for the best price, with the least delays.
